Honeycomb is an AI-powered family assistant that helps families coordinate calendars, control smart home devices, manage tasks, and stay organized through natural conversation. The Service is available on iOS, iPad, and macOS. Honeycomb uses a managed AI infrastructure with a credit system called "honey" for AI processing.

You authorize Honeycomb to access these services on your behalf when you connect them via OAuth 2.0. The Honeycomb name, logo, and branding are the property of Microserv.io B.V.. All rights in the Service's software, design, and documentation are reserved.

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including your conversations, integration data, and personal information. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Microserv.io B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying any information or actions suggested by the AI assistant.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, all your data (conversations, credentials, and family membership) will be permanently removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if continued service provision becomes impractical. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Honeycomb after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
